You have passed the first hurdle and admitted your not super Mom, and could use a break and just a rest. if you have no family near by go the library mom and baby days, the Y, your church there are places where you can get someone to help you re charge. Breath and give yourself just a minute to think of ways to help your situation. We are strong women. I will say a short prayer for you if you don't mind.
