I am driven to change always. I have worked and will always continue to work very hard to focus myself on the most productive way of thinking to get by in this challenging world, and to share and help whoever I can.

What Is Your Passion? I am a seasoned psychotherapist, who works in my counseling practice to help people attain more effective, rational thinking to improve their mental health and their lives. I also offer coaching services in thinking nationally by phone.

The problems in thinking start at birth, and no one is given a manual on “How to work their mind.” My goal as a therapist is to offer those tools. I use numerous hands on techniques to help people identify their ways of handling their lives, and how their thinking relates to their ways. I also focus on a person’s personal history and background to understand how they developed their non productive ways of thinking and managing their lives.
